Our Story
The people behind the cardboard
Diamond Cardboard was born from a simple idea: make collecting vintage sports cards accessible, trustworthy, and enjoyable. What started as a personal collection has grown into a trusted source for collectors across the country.
We specialize in vintage and graded sports cards across all major sports — baseball, basketball, football, and hockey. Every card in our inventory is hand-selected for its condition, eye appeal, and collector appeal. We believe that each card tells a story, and our job is to make sure that story finds its next chapter.
As a small business based in State College, Pennsylvania, we take pride in offering a personal touch that big retailers can't match. When you buy from Diamond Cardboard, you're not just buying a card — you're supporting a family that genuinely loves the hobby and wants to see it thrive.
Whether you're a seasoned collector chasing a grail card or just getting started in the hobby, we're here to help. Every card ships protected, insured, and with the care it deserves.
What We Stand For
Transparency
What you see is what you get: every listing shows the actual card, front and back, described honestly. If something isn't right, contact us and we'll work with you.
Quality
We hand-select every card in our inventory. Each piece is carefully inspected, photographed, and accurately described.
Fair Pricing
No inflated prices. We price every card fairly based on current market conditions, condition, and eye appeal.
